Initial Consult, 2 Prenatal visits, 24/7 Contact starting at 38 weeks, Constant support during active labor, and one Postpartum visit.

During our prenatal visits, we can talk about child birth topics, what to expect during labor,  laboring techniques for early and active labor, whats important to you.. or just about anything!. This time is truly yours to customize. In the initial consult we can talk about what you want specifically for your visits.

I also offer yoga, meditation for before during and after labor, reiki, belly casting and labor/newborn photography for an additional cost. Please let me know in our initial consult if any of these interest you!
